A woman who works with her hands is a LABORER; a woman who works with her hands and head, a CRAFTSMAN; but a woman who works with her hands, her head and her heart is an ARTIST. ~ St. Francis of Assisi

Fathers day gift

Me and my mom painted some terra cotta pots to make a bird bath and feeder ... here are the configurations that were possible...

and the winner was.....

Drum roll please

Ok so the picture was wonky

here are the specifics...

16 inch saucer

2 twelve inch pots I believe
I cant remember the smaller pot size ... maybe 6 or 8 inches?
The glue was liquid nails that you need one of those metal tube things to squeeze it out of..
We used exterior paint and put on several coats.  I bought a quart of each color and had plenty left over for other projects.  You could mix the two and get a third color if you so choose.

I laughed when many blogs claimed this to be a cheap project.  It totaled about 100 if you did not own any of the products listed.  Well the three pot one is about 100 since we did not use the third pot it was about 80
