A woman who works with her hands is a LABORER; a woman who works with her hands and head, a CRAFTSMAN; but a woman who works with her hands, her head and her heart is an ARTIST. ~ St. Francis of Assisi

August card challenge #23 Robins Birthday Card

I learned this technique from create and craft
need double sided 12x2 paper
score at 7 inches and fold the card
The smaller ends goes inside
fold the 12 inch in half to make the card base
with a diagonal trim .... trim from each center to about 1 inch to the end card.  Easy way to do it is on your paper trimmer.  Line one end at the corner and tilt the paper till you have the point where you want to stop on the cutting line.
Flip that triangle you cut and glue it on the panel.  You will need to trim one corner off.
Glue around the center of the folded flap and the end to make pocket on both sides

I put some favorite tunes in the pockes

Materials needed
12x12 double sided card stock
blue card stock
whitepaper for banner
stamp
ink pad
